We want you to be completely happy with your purchase — whether it’s a disc, shirt, or digital service. Below is our straightforward policy on refunds, returns, and exchanges.
Physical Products (Discs, Merch, etc.)
Returns & Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you on a return, exchange, or replacement.
We do not currently offer returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preferences on limited-edition items — but reach out anyway. If we can help, we will.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Return shipping is typically the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order gets lost in transit or arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the carrier and send a replacement if applicable.
Event or Membership Refunds
Classes, Events, or Bookings:
Refunds for scheduled classes or events may be available up to 72 hours in advance of the event start time. After that, we cannot guarantee a refund — but we may offer credit toward a future event.
Memberships or Subscriptions:
Due to the digital and access-based nature of memberships, we do not offer prorated refunds. If you’re having trouble or need help canceling a membership, just let us know.
Digital Products & Media
Because digital products (like downloads or media services) are delivered instantly, all sales are final unless the file is corrupted or there’s a clear issue with delivery. If that happens, contact us right away so we can send a replacement or resolve the issue.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it may take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We’re Human
We want you to be satisfied, and we handle all issues on a case-by-case basis. If something’s wrong or unclear, reach out and we’ll do our best to fix it.
